A leading Saudi industrial group is building its own AI unit. Our assistants already run in production for thousands of employees; the next step is our own models on our own hardware. We're hiring the founding engineers.

Senior AI/ML Engineer: LLM systems, Arabic-first

Shape and fine-tune open-weight LLMs for Arabic and Saudi dialects, served on our own GPUs. Build multi-model pipelines (routing, retrieval, evaluation, safety) on real industrial data. Turn hard production problems into rigorous evaluations, and publish the research.

You bring 5+ years in ML or NLP with hands-on production LLM work, strong Python, and a habit of measuring rather than guessing. Arabic is a strong plus. Your mission here: Mirage hunt.

Senior Backend Engineer: serverless and integration

Build the serverless services and APIs our AI systems depend on (edge workers, queues, durable state). Integrate enterprise systems such as ERP, project scheduling, fleet tracking and HR through clean adapters with strict access control. Own reliability end to end, and help move workloads onto our own infrastructure.

You bring 5+ years of backend engineering with strong JavaScript/TypeScript, production serverless or edge experience, and a security-first habit. SAP or similar integration experience is a strong plus. Your mission here: The haunted server.

Customers report that a support assistant answers them twice. Here's the log and the handler.

What causes the double reply?

The messaging platform delivered each webhook twice. Two concurrent runs both see both messages, and each guard only checks its own message. Two AI models raced and both sent their answer. The database write after sending failed, so the message was retried.

Best fix?

Sleep two seconds before every reply. Before sending, check this message is still the latest; the newest run answers everything unreplied. Lock on the message id. Turn off the second AI model. Ask the platform to stop retrying webhooks. What would you log to confirm the fix in production?
